Two of my very dear friends are suffering from endometriosis, and they discovered they had endometriosis when they were trying to conceive and it has been a long and difficult journey for each of them. One of them ended up having a successful IVF treatment, and the other friend is considering surgery.

For those of you who do not know about Endometriosis, basically, it is extra tissue (like scar tissue), and it grows on your uterus and makes it difficult for a fertilized egg to implant.
