    stretch marks

I just had my first baby three months ago and noticed that I got so many stretch marks on my thigh, tummy, chest and on my hips. I know that I should’ve prevented the marks during my pregnancy but I got a lot of things to worry about at that time. Now I have the time to get rid of the marks so can you suggest anything that I can try? health tips

I have not been able to successfully get rid or mine, but I hear Mederma is great and I think they even have a stretch marks product now. It is probably pretty expensive, but I hear good things about it.

I have stretch marks too, a lot actually. Even in my legs! :-(. I think creams won't work on me. I'm thinking about laser but I know it would be very expensive too! :-(

Best and easy method to get rid of stretch marks is oil massaging. You can prefer olive oil, any aroma or herbal oils.

Stretch marks can be an unsightly sight, especially if you don't treat them right away. There are over-the-counter products (creams, ointments) that you can buy to lessen the stretch marks. If you want to get rid of them totally, you need laser for that and I don't think it's practical since you never know when you'll get pregnant again.

The best way to prevent stretch marks in the future, put a lot of moisturizer on your tummy and back. Moisturizers helps to aid the elasticity of the skin, thus it prevent forming it.

Staying hydrated and using a product like Mederma or even vitamin e oil capsules can help your stretch marks to fade considerably. I don't really worry about mine so much. I am proud to have brought two beautiful children into this world, and the stretch marks are kind of like badges of honor.
