    Exercise during pregnancy

    Anyone knows if it is good to run during pregnancy?
    I love running but not sure if it is good for the baby.

    Already found the below web site which has got great information but they don't suggest running!

    Hi,

    I believe running isn't bad during pregnancy. Maybe you just have to do it in moderation and not stress yourself out too much. It would be best if you consult your concern with your doctor. Running is one exercise which helps you stay fit during pregnancy. There are also other pregnancy exercises that help you not only stay fit but as well as ease you during labor and delivery.

    I've heard from several people that maybe not running, but a moderate paced power walk is good. Less jolting around but still getting the cardio work out...

    NO walking is good, Running would cause problem to you and your baby........

    I think yoga is best exercise . In this period practical and physical exercise is dangerous .
    So avoid this type of exercise specially last month practical work is more dangerous.

    According to my opinion this depends on how good of shape you were in before pregnancy and is you also were running before pregnancy.

    Running during exercise is good exercise. Running increases the heart rate much quicker than any form of energy, it is effective form of exercise. I have through through some pregnancy week by week exercise resources on online.

    I wouldn't run while pregnant. Running is so hard on the joints and when you start adding the extra baby weight it just seems like too much. Plus I imagine it would really hurt as those round ligaments get pulled on. Try walking or yoga instead.
