Teens and suddenly a baby on the way

I have three girls that I consider to be mine and are mine. They are 17, 16 and 14 and now we are three months pregnant. I know my husband hopes its a boy.

Wow, congratulations! It'll be quite a change having a little one again in a household where all the kids are already grown and pretty independent. However, it will probably be fun and I bet the young ladies will be a huge help when it comes to household chores, playtime and just holding the baby while you are taking a shower

Congrats! I am always jealous of moms with older daughters who help them out with the younger kiddos. This was probably the norm back in the "olden days" when families were bigger (my own mom helped raise one of her sisters). I know I could still use the help even though mine are school aged.

Speaking of which . . . thank God Spring break is over! I look forward to the peace and quiet next week!

It looks like everyone is assuming the girls will help out but let's hope they aren't too busy with social lives and thinking about themselves (teens usual do) and school activities and such to be home enough to help out! Good thing one of them is 17, hopefully she has her license because she will probably have to be the new driver when the girls need to get somewhere! Good luck to you with everything!

It is a very strange experience but when ever gets the pregnant first time than he suffers the lot and i hope that they will be very caring for their children.
