    Recovering from a Miscarriage

It is very hard to recover from a miscarriage and unless you have experienced it you have no idea. The mental pain alone is one of the worse things to endure. I hope if anyone ever does go through this problem they always have someone there with them.

I can only imagine the pain a woman experiences during and following a miscarriage. Luckily, I have not had to experience that kind of pain. However, I currently struggle with many issues concerning infertility, which can be just as bad or worse than a miscarriage. At least a miscarriage means that the person has had the ability to create a baby and has an angel in heaven. Never having been pregnant, I have never had the joy of knowing that I have created new life.

My first one was a miscarriage. It was extremely physically painful, though my doctor tells me the mental anguish probably contributed to how bad it was. It is good to know I have a little one in heaven waiting for me though, yes. And I know when I was able to go off the birth control after my waiting period and try to conceive again, the period each month was a huge disapointment!

I believe that a woman will never forget about her miscarriage, and she will wonder about the baby-that-might-have-been for the rest of her life. It is devastating.

My mother had four miscarriages 30+ years ago. Several years ago she had a dream that one was a girl and had a name. It brought tears to her eyes. You never forget.

I am 42 and went in for my ultrasound at 8 weeks and they said they couldnt get a good picture of the baby because i have a tilted uterus and so i have been getting my blood drawn for the last two days ..... they havent told me anything has this happened to anyone else ???

It’s normal to feel shock, grief, depression, guilt, anger, and a sense of failure and vulnerability when you lose a pregnancy. The days, weeks, and even months following a loss can be incredibly difficult and painful — even more so if this wasn’t your first pregnancy loss, or if you carefully planned this pregnancy and thought you’d done everything “right.” Or you may simply feel withdrawn and moody and unable to concentrate or sleep. If you told people you were pregnant, you’ll probably worry about announcing this news and you may find even the most sincere expressions of sympathy difficult to take.

Pink, when I lost my baby, my water broke...so I guess that was a sign. Then, after an hour blood started to gush outta me like I had been stabbed, and that is another sign.
Some women get horrible cramps, minor aches and pains, back pain...sometimes....
    Good luck!
