Thread: symptoms?

I am about a week late for my period but dont notice any symptoms does this mean Im not pregnant? Do most women have symptoms this early on?

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to answer your question. Not all women are the same, and so some do have symptoms at a week after missing a period, but some won't. The main symptoms I had when I was pregnant were an acute sense of smell and moodiness.

The first thing I would do is take a home pregnancy test. Have you done that yet?
