Has anyone ever tried the Super Baby Food diet (based on the book of the same name)? It's where you make your own baby food and it's ultra healthy. Despite him being a picky eater now, my oldest, when a baby, was fed super baby food (i.e. eggplant with lentils and a dash of kelp!) and loved it and was rarely sick. So I wonder if there is a connection between healthier baby food and physical health.
