    Breastmilk Or Baby Formula

A mother's breast milk is one of the best foods for a baby because it has the proper amount of fat, sugar, minerals and vitamins. On the other hand, feeding your baby with formula may bring an allergic reaction to the ingredients. This is possibly due to the unnatural chemicals and synthetic solution in the formula. health tips

Yes it is true that is why I recommend breastfeeding to my friends, if possible exclusive breastfeeding like I do for 11 months already. :-)

The key is you have to be comfortable with breastfeeding. If you are not comfortable it's best to bottle feed. I don't see anything wrong with either to be honest. Many women cannot breastfeed. I was able to so I did but then switched to bottle feeding about 4 months in (my baby was a big eater).

I was only able to breast feed for about four months with each of my children. My body just could not keep up with their demand so we swapped to formula. I think each mother should do whatever she is most comfortable with.

I was not able to breast feed at all because my milk just never came in in the volume it needed to. I tried valiantly for about a month but my son just wasn't getting enough so we had to switch to formula. I wish I had known the problem sooner as it would have stopped many sleepless nights for my son, my husband, and I.

When I hear stories like this, it makes me wish women had more support for breastfeeding. Like you said, Princess89, if you'd just known sooner. There should be no shame in bottle feeding, but if people have enough information and support, they can often breastfeed for longer then if they don't.
